Forest Restoration

  • Assisted Natural Regeneration (ANR) across 30 ha

  • Cogon suppression, mulching, ring-weeding, natural regrowth focus

  • Seedling enrichment (~6,000 trees: Shorea, Vitex, Syzygium, etc.)

  • Agroforestry buffer zones: madre de cacao, banana, rattan, coffee, cacao

  • 5 biodiversity/agroforestry micro-islands for species clusters

Community Native Tree Nursery

Launch an exciting native and indigenous tree nursery provide planting materials while boosting the community’s income and promoting sustainability!

Patrols & Fire Prevention

Get ready for some exciting news! We have 11 passionate Forest Rangers (Bantay Bukid) on board, each receiving monthly stipends! They are dedicated to maintaining fire lines and clearing fuel breaks over an impressive stretch of approximately 5 km! Plus, they’re diligently keeping incident logbooks, capturing photos, and preparing barangay—using low-tech methods that are both effective and offline!
